My little shop of Wonderful Things
I love what I do. Every day I wake up and think of all the wonderful things I can create and all the wonderful things I can share with the world. All my items are made as an outlet of some kind; whether it's boredom or pure inspiration, the end result is always refreshing for the soul.
Everything in my shop is hand made by me. Many things are made just for the fun of making them- something to keep my hands busy. Other things are conceived from necessity in my own life.
Special requests often spark a new way of thinking in me, having to create a piece that aligns with someone else's ideas in mind. This is the kind of challenge I love, because it is problem solving at its best.
I hope to expand my store in the future to include some awesome stuffed toys, kid's bags, and helpful household goodies.

Accepted payment methods

While payment as soon as possible is appreciated, I will wait up to 3 days for payment before canceling a sale and returning an item to my shop.

SHIPPING UPGRADE: Please let me know before you check out if you would like your shipping upgraded to priority or express, or if you would like to use a different shipping company.
ADDRESS: Please make sure your shipping address is correct! If a package is returned to me because of an incorrect address, you (the buyer) will have to pay additional shipping to have the item re-shipped to you. If you notice the address is incorrect on your receipt, please notify me ASAP!
INTERNATIONAL: I have begun accepting international business. If there are customs fees, please be aware that you (the buyer) will have to pay these as well. I do not know what they may be, if any.
LOCATIONS: Please message me if I do not have your location in my shipping profiles, as I am calculating shipping as needed for different areas.
LOST MAIL: I can't do much if an item is lost in the mail. I put tracking on all domestic packages as a loss prevention measure. If something is truly lost in transit to you, I would be willing to try and make a duplicate item if you wish. Please check the package tracking number on USPS.com and contact your local Post Office if you think it may be missing before contacting me as the post office may be sending it on a grand tour before it gets to you.
International: Please be patient. I hear the postal service can be VERY slow.
SHIPPING OVERAGES: I will return severe over-payments for postage. (Anything beyond $4 over will be returned.)
Refunds and Exchanges
CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom order deposits will not be refunded. I am a single entity and I cannot afford to make special items without being commissioned.
NOT SHIPPED: If you decide you don't want what you have purchased and I have NOT shipped it yet, I can refund your money in whole.
SHIPPED: If you receive something and decide you don't want it, you will have to pay to mail the package back and will only receive a full refund (minus shipping) if the item is returned in "brand new" condition. Returning the item in the original, unopened package is the best way to anticipate a full product-cost refund.
**In the event an item is returned to me (unopened) via "Return to Sender," You will likely not receive a refund. I can re-ship the item, but you will be required to pay for the additional shipping. I can only issue a refund up to 60 days past the purchase date, and there is no time frame in which a "return to sender" package is scheduled to return. I will hold the item for 30 days after I receive it in my mail or until the refund date, whichever is later, and after that it will be returned to my shop.
Additional policies and FAQs
I try my best to describe things in as much detail as possible, including measurements and how it was measured. I understand the difficulty of buying a product online, so please feel free to ask any questions you need before purchasing an item.
CUSTOM ORDERS: I will do custom orders based on what is in my shop, what has been sold, or what you see on my Facebook page, www.Facebook.com/TheFeistyDragon. I will gladly entertain requests for things I haven't made before as well!
Large requests or those requiring me to order supplies may take some time- please be patient. I will get things done as fast as my life allows.
Depending on the circumstances, expect to pay 50% of an estimated price on all custom orders up front so I know you are serious about your order, and so I can buy supplies. I will try to estimate high, that way your final payment will hopefully be equal or less than your first payment.
Everything is made in a smoke free, pet friendly home. (I do my best to keep their fur to myself!)
