Packages are addressed to the exact address buyers leave on the order form. We are not responsible for any costs or delays that are a result of an incorrect address.

We are not responsible for shipping charges involved in re-sending the package if items are marked "Return to Sender", and the buyer must wait for us to receive the original package back until we ship the items. In some cases, the post office may not leave the package if there is no safe space to do so. The post office leaves a note for the buyer instructing them to pick their items up at the post office. If they buyer does not pick up their items at the post office in time, they are shipped back to the sender.

MATERIALS USED
All posters are printed on Hot Press Bright White Heavy Smooth Matte Fine Art Paper (330 gsm). It is a high-quality, archival grade, acid-free, 100% cotton rag inkjet paper with a bright smooth finish.
When will my order ship?
All prints are made to order and have a processing time of 3-5 business days.
What size prints do you offer?
Our commonly offered sizes (in inches) are: 5x7, 8x10, 11x14, 16x20, 18x24 and 24x36.
If you would like a custom size, send us a message!
Where do prints ship from?
Our prints ship from our print shop in Los Angeles, CA.
How are prints packaged?
Prints 8x10 and smaller are packed in a no-bend mailer. All prints larger than 8x10 ship in a tamper resistant tube.
What carrier is used for shipping?
All domestic orders are shipped through USPS First Class Mail or Fedex, depending on the size of the order. If you would like USPS Priority 2-day or Fedex overnight shipping, send us a message so we can more accurately calculate shipping cost!
