5 out of 5 starsThe Fior team was very responsive. I bought 2 of these rings, one for me and one for my mother as a birthday present for her, and they helped me every step of the way. Before I placed the order I did not see my ring size so I reached out to them and they replied quickly to say my ring size will be made available to me. After I placed the order, I accidentally selected the wrong ring size for my mother and reached out to the team again and they said there was no need to cancel and replace the order, they will make the corrections on their end. The rings arrived with the right sizes, and were exactly as described.
