Frequently asked questions
Will the bath bombs stain my bath tub?
In most cases no, but the oils and mica powder used to makes these bath bombs may leave a little residue on the side but is easy to rinse off. Also, be conscious of what material your bath is made of and how it reacts to colorants. What doesn't stain my tub might stain another type. If color does stain your tub, ajax, bleach, or a mix of baking soda and dish soap should help remove or lighten the color.
Can I return, exchange, and/ or cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchasing. After that, your order is already in production. For the ready made products, your order is most likely to ship within 24 hours, so if you need to cancel that order, try to let me know within a couple hours of placing it.
I do not accept returns or exchanges, but please contact me if there is a problem with your order.
Why was my order not delivered on the estimated date?
An estimated delivery date does not guarantee that your order will arrive on that date, but gives you a general idea when it could arrive. Some packages may arrive late during different seasons/ postal service situations.
Do you have a scent description list?
Yes I do! It should be available on all of the customizable product listings.
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
Yes you can! If you contact me before your order ships, there is no extra cost. If it ships before you let me know, you will need to repay for shipping.
A note on unverified addresses. If you're address is unverified, I may contact you to make sure it's the correct address. You can let me know in a note with your order to make things easier if you like. If you're order is being shipped to a PO box, I'll ship your order without needing to verify, since I also have a PO box which keeps my shipping address perpetually unverified.
Wholesale availability
I do not take wholesale orders.
My order says it was delivered but it's not there! What do I do?
The USPS says that if you're package was marked delivered but isn't there, it should arrive in the next 24 hours. This is true a majority of the time, but if you do not receive your package after that, you can contact your local post office about your missing package or go through this link to fill out a search request.

You put in your tracking number and fill out the form. Someone from the post office will contact you within 24 hours. In most cases, they find your package no problem.
