PAPER TYPE & SHIPPING METHOD
Art is printed in museum quality matte heavyweight paper. Posters are reproduction of my own artwork. Standard shipping method is USPS Ground Advantage shipping. All items come with tracking numbers. For EXPRESS delivery, please select the Express option at the check out screen. For posters smaller than 13x19 in, they will be shipped with rigid flat mailers. For oversize posters, they will be shipped with tube box.
BUNDLE DEALS
Past or new order can not be combined as bundle deal retroactively.
IF ITEM IS DELIVERED DAMAGED
< US domestic >
Please notify me within 14 days of your delivery date. It’s free return shipping! Please take the photography of package & damaged product. I will provide you the return shipping label, and ship me your damaged order within 2 weeks. When I receive your returned item, I will send you the replacement or issue refund.
< Outside US >
Please notify me within 14 days of your delivery date. Please note that I can’t be responsible for the custom fee since every country’s custom is different. Shipping & custom fees will NOT be refunded IN ANY CONDITIONS. When I receive your returned item, I will send you the replacement or issue refund.
TRACKING SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED, BUT DIDN’T RECEIVE THE ORDER
1. Please ask your neighbor if your order was delivered to them.
2. Sometimes, mail carrier marks “delivered” days ahead of actual delivery. Please give 24hours for the order to be delivered. Since the tracking history has the scan time marks, you can contact your local post office with your tracking number, and they can find more about your package.
3. If Item is stolen, I can not be responsible for stolen item. Having a correct address, secure surroundings of your address or installing the better security in your address is outside of my control.
4. Once the tracking history is marked “delivered”, it is considered as delivered and it will be between you and your local post office.

Copyright does not transfer by purchase. Copying of my artwork is violation of copyright law. Taking a screenshot of my work to produce the product or to promote the product without my permission is also a serious violation of copyright law.
LICENSING AND RELEASE FORM
I am currently not accepting the licensing request from individuals. If you are part of the organization or company and like to discuss about the licensing of my art, please inquire me with your name, organization name, and organization email stated in your message.
CUSTOM ORDER
Custom order will NOT be cancelled or refunded. Sketches or thumbnails that are created and shown during the communication don’t belong to customers.
THIS IS PART OF POLICY - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
I will do my best producing the product in accordance with good industry practice. That said, I can’t guarantee that my work will be error-free and so I can’t be responsible to you or any third-party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages, even if you’ve advised me of them. By purchasing my products or custom orders, customer agrees Kiyomi Sato can not be responsible for any and all losses, costs, penalties, fines, damages, claims, expenses, or liabilities arising out of, resulting from, or in connection with the use or sharing of the deliverables produced.
