Share your idea → We create and send a mockup → You approve → We engrave your custom piece.
Custom engraved items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is an error or defect on our side (for example, incorrect engraving or wrong item).
Do you offer engraving mockups?
Yes! We send a mockup via Etsy message or email. You have 24 hours to review, approve, or request changes.
If we don’t hear back, we’ll engrave it as shown.
How do I send photos for engraving?

Regular orders (handmade, no engraving): 1 - 2 days.
Custom orders (handmade, wooden boxes and engraving): 2 - 5 days.

Bulk or large orders
We are delighted to offer discounted options for bulk orders, providing high-quality, customizable products tailored to your needs.
Please allow 10 - 20 days to process bulk orders, depending on the product, as thaese are handmade and require extra time to craft. Contact us for details and to place your order.
Refunds & support
If there is an issue with your order on our side (for example, wrong item or wrong engraving before shipping), we will either replace the item or offer a refund under our 14-day return/exchange policy.
If the problem is caused by the shipping courier or incorrect details provided by the customer (such as wrong address or engraving text), a refund may not be possible, but we will do our best to help.
If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us via Etsy messages before leaving feedback so we can try to resolve the issue.
