1 out of 5 starsI placed an order on 9/28 and sent a message on 10/1 wondering why I didn’t have shipping information. I got a message several days later saying it shipped out on 9/22?! I didn’t even place my order then. I contacted immediately stating I want a refund and it’s 10/5 and I still haven’t heard a thing. I have screen shots of the entire conversation. They stole my money. DO NOT PURCHASE. I run a small business at home and I would never take this long to respond to a customer. If there was a problem with the order just let me know, I can understand. They lied and now won’t respond. I am reporting this to Etsy.

April, No one stole your money. Your order was fully refunded yesterday (10/4/20) immediately after you requested it. Changes in order status are sent to the email on file by Etsy once they're made. Please reference the order status in your account for the latest update. No one lied to you either. When we contacted you about your order, the wrong order was referenced which is why the incorrect date was mentioned. That was an honest mistake. USPS misplaced your order like we thought (see our store announcement Re: shipping guarantees) and it would have gotten on the truck today. Instead, we refunded your order exactly as you requested. I'm not sure what more we could do for you to make this right.
