Where do you source your vintage?
Most have been lovingly collected while traveling, others brought to us by unicorns. We are big fans of donations. Whatever we do not use, we donate to various charities dedicated to assisting homeless women in need.

When will my order ship?
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. The speediness of shipment depends upon which shipping speed you choose at checkout. Please feel free to contact us if you need mega speedy shipping!

Do you accept returns?
We want you to L O V E your Fox Club Vintage as much as we do! Items are typically sold AS IS, but please contact us within 2 days of receipt of your item if you are unhappy with your purchase. We will do our very best to offer a fair resolution.

We disclose all flaws and damage but expect wear consistent with age, i.e. occasional loose/missing seam stitches or missing hook/eye closures, sticky zippers, etc. We ask that you thoroughly read all item descriptions, prices, and size information provided prior to purchasing. PLEASE COMPARE MEASUREMENTS TO A COMPARABLE GARMENT THAT FITS YOU WELL. We cannot be responsible for fit.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Sale or discounted items are final sale.
Exchanges are accepted on a case by case basis.

Come visit us IRL at our new showroom location The Fox Club!
The showroom is stocked with our hand picked vintage to try on in person, along with Chicago's best swimwear, Fenton Fox. We are located in the Humboldt Park neighborhood in Chicago, just steps away from the park, plenty of local shopping and the best diners in Chicago. We are weird and so are our hours... The space is multi purposed as a photo studio and workspace during the week and a shop on the weekends. If the lights are on, come on in and shop!

We love to sell within other brick + mortar stores. You can also find us popping up all over the city.
