Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Shipping
I ship Monday through Friday, and sometimes on Saturday. Items are shipped upon receipt of payment.

United States Orders

Shipping is done through the U.S. Post Office by first class mail. Upgrades are available as requested. Item will be shipped once payment is received/cleared.

International Orders

Shipping is done through the U.S. Post Office by first class international mail. Buyer must pay any import taxes, customs duties and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. International shipments may be delayed in customs and can take up to 90 days to arrive. If your package has not arrived after 90 days, please contact me.

I do combined shipping.

Lost or Missing Packages

Once I hand a package over to the postal service, it becomes their responsibility to deliver to you. If your package goes missing or the tracking on your order shows confirmed delivery, a Missing Package Claim must be filed *by the buyer* with their local post office in order to try and locate the package. This is not something I can facilitate, as you'll need to work directly with your local post office manager to resolve the issue. In the case of packages not marked "delivered": If within 30 days the package is not located after a missing package claim has been filed, I will then file an insurance claim with the USPS and send a replacement of the jewelry purchased.
