What if actual shipping charge is less than what I've paid?
Overpayment of actual shipping costs greater than $1.00 will be refunded.
Do you ship internationally?
No
What if my package is lost or stolen?
All packages shipped USPS Priority or Retail Ground have delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered by the USPS. Please consider having your package delivered to a work address if you are not comfortable with where it may be left during the day. Alternatively, if you convo beforehand we can ship with signature required and adjust the price accordingly
Is Expedited Shipping Available?
Expedited shipping is available; if you need the item quickly, please let us know and we will do our best to send it out as soon as possible. There may be additional costs for quicker shipping depending on location and size of package,
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns. Please examine all pictures carefully before purchasing.
What if my package arrives damaged?
If your item is received damaged, please contact me upon receipt so that I can file a claim with USPS. The original packaging and damaged item must be retained and photos will be needed of the box and damaged item. USPS may need to examine the damaged item in person at a local post office.
A refund will be issued when the insurer has obtained and processed all necessary information. If USPS needs to examine the item and you do not bring it to the post office, I will be unable to refund your money since the claim will be denied.
