Are you available for commissions?

Can you tell me more about how orders are processed and shipped?
Most photographs are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. Large format prints (16x20 and larger) are processed and fulfilled within 10-14 business days. All photographs are placed within protective clear sleeves and rigid backing boards or in a thick rigid tube.
PLEASE NOTE: Your package will ship from Seattle, WA. Please pay extra attention to shipping times (described in the Policies section) if you would like something for a specific date.
Can you tell me more about shipping times?
Once your print(s) is shipped, delivery normally takes between 1-3 weeks. Standard USPS shipping includes tracking.

Can you tell me more about refunds and exchanges?
I stand by a 100% Happiness Guarantee Policy. Great care is taken in processing, printing, mounting and shipping your print. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, please let me know and I will either refund you or remedy the situation.
Can you tell me more about the actual artwork colors?
Color calibrations vary from monitor to monitor and as a result artwork colors may vary slightly from what you see on your monitor.
How do I add a review once I receive my order?
Once you're logged in to Etsy: at the top of the page, click on your photo (it says You), and in the dropdown menu, click on "Purchases and Reviews."

Do you sell digital files of your photographs?
I'm afraid I don't offer my artwork in digital format. However, I provide custom printing and other special orders so please feel free to let me know what you need and I'll do my very best to meet your request.
