GIGI NAILED IT! SO IN LOVE WITH MY BRACELETS!!!

Gigi is amazing. She helped me navigate the process of getting my sweet Bear's nose done. He died from stomach cancer and so I didn't have time to wait to get the materials. She guided me on what to purchase and how to get the imprint made. The piece she made (keychain) is marvelous. I carry my boy with me every day; in my heart and mind - but because of her artistry, I also have a physical memento! This item and Gigi didn't only meet my expectations, they exceeded them!

Gigi is amazing. She is prompt,professional, and a great communicator. I wanted a pendant and had light hand/foot prints. Gigi worked on it and help me create a memorial piece. I am so grateful for her empathy as I emailed other vendors who did not have the decency of even responding, I almost lost hope but then Gigi helped me out. I am so happy with the service and product. Definitely my favorite vendor. Thank you Gigi and keep up the good work.

I haven’t experienced customer service like this ever! Before I even purchased the product, Gigi was so kind and answered my questions. I asked if she could send photos throughout the process and she gladly did so. My heart honestly skipped a beat when I opened the package tonight. To see and feel the exact size and detail of the nose that I use to kiss so many times each day, is just indescribable! This one of a kind and unique piece is truly one I will treasure. This product is so worth the $!!
