About

Wedding jewelry to Etsy shop...

I've been making jewelry for myself for years, either from scratch with wire, pliers, & components, or by Frankensteining some gently used pieces & cobbling the parts into new items. Two years ago, I made the jewelry for my why-yes-I-did-everything-myself wedding. I gave full sets of earrings, necklaces, and bracelets to all my bridesmaids as both something to wear & a personal gift. They were made of pearls & sterling, & they were lovely. So here I am, sitting on a pile of beads, pliers in hand, waiting to make you something wonderful...

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy gift cards
Payment
The Furtive Llama accepts most forms of payment via PayPal & Etsy Direct Pay. This includes eligible credit cards, Etsy gift certificates/cards, & echecks (PayPal). If payment cannot be made thru one of these channels, do not despair! Contact me & I will likely be able to talk the llamas into accepting money orders as well, tho I'm told they will not ship your item until payment is received. If payment has not been made within 2 weeks, the item in question may be placed back up for sale, & the llamas are truly sorry for your loss.
Shipping
Shipping for jewelry items will be USPS First Class in a padded envelope. At this time, the llamas are only shipping to US addresses, but if you live outside of these star-spangled lands, please let us know. We can still ship anywhere, but the buyer will need to pay *actual* shipping costs, which we will provide a receipt for. If insurance, delivery confirmation, express delivery, or other type of shipping upgrade is required by the customer, buyer will need to pay the difference.

**Please contact the Furtive Llama if you ever receive a package which contains damaged items!**
Refunds and Exchanges
The Furtive Llama will gladly replace or refund a purchased item within 30 days of the date of purchase. If an item you receive is not as expected or arrives damaged, please contact the llamas immediately upon receipt of the item so we can get to work resolving the issue! If not as expected, please contact us & explain your problem, we may be able to modify the piece or come to another solution to satisfy your needs. If damaged in transit, please provide pictures & a description of the damage & THE PACKING ENVELOPE so we can fix the piece or replace it. It is important to give us as much information as possible so we can determine if the problem is on our end (a llama stepped on your jewelry before shipping), or if it happened somewhere between our green acres & yours (your postman used it as a coaster... for a keg). We can hopefully use this information to provide a better resolution to your issue & also to provide better customer service & shipping options in future.
