Welcome to The Fuzzy Pineapple! We take the best care in selecting quality glass beads, wood, semiprecious stones, recyclable fabrics, and cool findings. All of the wooden earrings are hand painted. All designs are original and handmade.

Payment
We happily accept PayPal (processes major cards, no account needed), American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Etsy Gift Cards checks and money orders. You can also use your bank account to make a purchase through PayPal. Checks and money orders may take a little longer for package delivery as we wait for payment clearance prior to sending our packages. For custom orders, payment should be received within a 7-day time period. After 7 days have elapsed, the order is considered voided. If you have any payment issues, please send a message prior to the end of the 7-day period.
Shipping
We usually ship within 1 business day of receiving an order. Custom and made-to-order purchases are shipped within 3-14 days of purchase. For US orders it will take approximately 2-9 days to arrive. For International orders it will take approximately 1-2 weeks to arrive. Please note that holidays, customs and weather may alter shipping times. Orders totaling over $60 are qualified for free shipping. Some items are not eligible for free shipping even when totaling over $60, such as furniture and paintings.

Special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are of ample size and your items are well-protected. All items are shipped in a gift box with a special message from us! Tracking is included in all orders.

If you choose our new "Pick up in store" shipping option, your package will be available the following Saturday. If your item is a custom item or a made to order item, it may take 3-14 days from the date of purchase for your items to be ready for pick up. We hold packages for 30 days. After 30 days, we take 20% of your total purchase and give the remaining value on store credit with a gift card.
Refunds and Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds are based on the item's refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can send it back for a full refund. If an item can be repaired, we will repair the item and send it back free of charge. Some custom orders are not subject to a refund. You have 30 days after purchasing to receive a refund. If you have any issues with your item, please contact us via email or letter before returning the item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Gifts

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and s/he will find out about your return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and s/he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



SECTION 24: FINAL SALE

Items not eligible for a refund include: Clearance and/or sale items, custom orders with specific names or themes, including paintings, and damaged items. Damaged items are eligible for exchange only with an item of equal or lesser value. Note: Items are ONLY put on sale when they have been damaged. Even damaged items are still in acceptable condition. They may have chipped parts or extraneous marks but are nevertheless still wearable.



SECTION 25: SHIPPING TIMES

We usually ship within 1 business day of receiving an order. Custom and made-to-order purchases are shipped within 3-14 days of purchase. For US orders it will take approximately 2-9 days to arrive. For International orders it will take approximately 1-2 weeks to arrive. Please note that holidays, customs and weather may alter shipping times. Orders totaling over $60 are qualified for free shipping. Some items are not eligible for free shipping even when totaling over $60, such as furniture and paintings.

Special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are of ample size and your items are well-protected. All items are shipped in a gift box with a special message from us! Tracking is included in all orders.

If you choose our new "Pick up in store" shipping option, your package will be available the following Saturday. If your item is a custom item or a made to order item, it may take 3-14 days from the date of purchase for your items to be ready for pick up. We hold packages for 30 days. After 30 days, we take 20% of your total purchase and give the remaining value on store credit with a gift card.
