Payment
We only accept Paypal as payment.

Payment is expected within the first 3 days of purchase or the order will be cancelled.

Cancellations must be done before shipment of parcel. Any cancellations requested after shipping will not be accepted.
Shipping
All items are shipped with regular air mail via Australia Post.
Please allow up to 2 business days for items to be shipped.

Shipping within Australia will take roughly between 3-5 business days.
Shipping outside Australia will take roughly between 10-20 business days.

Shipping does not include tracking or insurance.

A parcel is rarely lost, however parcels may be held up along the way due to circumstances, eg customs. It may take a little longer to reach you. Please be patient if the parcel does not arrive within the estimated period. The parcel can be considered lost after a 5 weeks have passed and all post offices on the purchaser’s side have been checked.

Once your item is shipped, postage is out of my control. Should your item be truly lost, please contact me so we can work out a happy solution to both parties.

Please also note seasonal periods where postal services may experience high volumes of delivery and may cause some delay e.g. Christmas. To avoid disappointment, please ensure you place your orders early.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please understand that each item is handmade and therefore may vary slightly from the picture or contain tiny imperfections.

Please read the item description carefully so you can make a sound decision. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any queries about any of my products.

Refunds or exchanges are only acceptable if the item arrives to you defective or not as described. Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted simply due to change of mind.

All care is taken but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me as soon as possible so we can sort it out.
Additional policies and FAQs
If I am unable to fulfill an order due to unforeseen circumstances or resources/supplies constraints, you will be fully refunded promptly.

Some of my items are delicate so please treat them with the same love and respect that was put into making them! Treat with care by keeping items away from water (remove before showering or swimming), avoid tugging on pendants, and keeping them in a jewelry box or pouch.
