Returns and exchange details
We ask all of our customers to triple check their addresses because we will not be held responsible for any items lost in the mail, due to incorrect information provided.

If for some reason, your package is lost in the mail due to a USPS problem, we will send one (1) replacement after we see the problem can not be fixed. The most we will refund in this case would be half of the cost of the item itself.
