I typically ship USPS priority mail. I email everything with tracking numbers to allow you to track your purchase. Insurance on the package is not included but can be for an additional charge, if requested.
Please understand that depending on your purchase, there may be a slight delay on your order, as all items are custom made.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, contact me as soon as possible and we will try to resolve any problem. As the majority of our items are personalized, it is our policy to not accept returns.
Additional Policies and FAQs
If you see something in my sold items that you would enjoy, we can attempt to duplicate it. The beauty of everything handmade makes each piece unique so the desired item may vary in color and pattern than the original.
