I begin processing orders within 24 hours after an order is made. If you would like to request a cancellation of a non-sale item, it must be made within 24 hours of placing the order and before the shipping label has been created (if it is created within 24 hours). After 24 hours the order cannot be canceled or refunded. You must be over 18 years old or have a parents permission before ordering.
Please check your shipping address prior to placing your order. I am not responsible if your package is returned due to an incorrect address. If a package is returned to me the buyer is responsible for fees to re-ship.
I am not responsible for stolen items. If your tracking is marked as "delivered" then to my knowledge the package has been delivered. If you have any concerns about your delivery you can call USPS with your tracking number and they should be able to assist you in filing a complaint.
The buyer is responsible for all customs taxes and fees that may happen once the order is in their country. I do not have any way of knowing how much these will be ahead of time, so please do not place an international order if you are unwilling to pay any fees that might come up.
