Frequently asked questions
What shipping options do you offer?
I normally ship within one business day, unless otherwise stated in the listing description. FREE Shipping is via UPS Ground. If you require another shipping carrier, please feel free to message me and we'll work it out.
How soon will you ship?
I love to shop online but hate waiting for my packages :-) I will ship your order within 1 business day and if you order prior to 10 AM, I'll get it shipped out the same day (I'm on East Coast time). However, some of my items may be "In Production." If that's the case, the individual listings will be clearly marked, if more than a day is required for shipping.
Do you accept returns?
Sure, just let me know within 3 days of receipt of your item. Please return within 14 days. Unless the item arrived damaged, I ask that you cover the cost to ship the item back. I never really had a true understanding of the saying, "starving artist," until I started doing art, full time :-) If the item was damaged during transit, please contact me as soon as possible. Please save all packaging and take pictures of the damage so that I may file an insurance claim.
