Our current turnaround time is 4-6 business days. All of our products are made when ordered to help ensure that they last as long as possible once they're in your hands. This means that orders may take a bit longer than our listed turnaround time to ship, depending on the product(s) you purchased.
● ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS ●
Our goal with all of our products it to use as few ingredients as possible. We also strive to make them as eco-friendly as possible. We do our best to ensure that the ingredients used in our products have not been tested on animals and final product testing is always done on humans.
We use Vitamin E Mixed Tocopherol (a natural antioxidant that protects food and cosmetic products from oxidation) and Grapefruit Seed Extract as preservatives in most of our products to try to avoid harsh preservatives used in some cosmetics.

1 out of 5 starsI received an expired or defective product. It smells okay in the bottle but smells rancid when used as directed on fresh washed hair. It smells grassy and chemically and is nauseating. The seller failed to respond to my message so I contacted Etsy’s help support who resolved the issue instantly.

At first I received the wrong scent but the sellers quickly sent out the correct one, included a free lip balm, and told me to keep the mistake or gift to someone else. The situation was understandable and totally fine and I appreciated the speedy solution. Thanks so much!
