If you ordered an item featuring actual handwriting or your own artwork, you can message us with the file(s) after placing the order or email it to me at hopegray@thegraylabel.com. I will respond to confirm receipt or report any issues with your file. You can send the file before or after submitting your order, we’ll match up your file with your order.

We can shrink anything to fit so it's really about how readable you want the design. If you want it to really stand out then the sample might be a bit too long and I would recommend breaking it up and putting a portion on each side of the piece. We can crop out any unwanted text and make changes as requested or necessary for the design.

USPS does not guarantee delivery dates, and while we ship as soon as we can it's totally out of our control once it is with USPS. As a result we never make any promises that something will be received by a specific date. If you need an item by a specific date, message us BEFORE you purchase and be sure to include the NEED BY DATE in a note when you order.

I can't say for sure. We typically ship within our production window specified by product (in many cases sooner) and then the shipping type you select at checkout would determine when you would get it. Most orders are shipped via USPS first class unless otherwise requested and paid for by the customer or where the order size and value warrants an upgrade to USPS Priority or Express mail.

Once an order is shipped, you receive an email with tracking for that order. Unfortunately, we are still seeing widespread USPS delays. Your orders may take a bit longer to arrive than we’d like. If you aren’t seeing your tracking link or you are getting some kind of error message, message me and I’ll resend you your tracking link.

Note that USPS is also experiencing delays in scanning shipments, tracking & delivery. Your order might arrive before the tracking ever updates. We don't have any information about shipments beyond what we can see on the tracking link.
