Mi nombre es Bethany Adams y crecí en un pequeño pueblo de Nebraska. Fue allí en el país donde comenzó mi amor por la pintura.
Cuando mi hijo mayor cumplió un año, decidí hacerle una fiesta de cumpleaños en acuarela. Después de la fiesta, tenía tantos suministros de acuarela adicionales que no sabía qué hacer con todo. Lo metí en el armario durante un día lluvioso sin saber que pronto sacaría los artículos.
Poco después, descubrimos que habíamos tenido un aborto espontáneo. En cierto modo, la pintura se encontró de vuelta en mi vida en el momento perfecto. Me encanta pintar flores porque me recuerdan la pequeña vida que perdimos, delicada, hermosa y llena de propósito.
Me casé con mi maravilloso esposo hace más de cinco años y ahora, tenemos tres niños increíbles. Austin, Texas es nuestro hogar actual y nos encanta. La gente aquí es tan dulce, nuestra comunidad es muy querida para nosotros.

My name is Bethany Adams and I grew up in a small town in Nebraska. It was there in the country that my love for painting started.
When my oldest son turned one, I decided to throw him a watercolor birthday party. After the party, I had so much extra watercolor supplies I didn’t know what to do with it all! I stuffed it in the closet for a rainy day not knowing I would soon take out the items.
Shortly after, we found out we had had a miscarriage. In a way, painting found itself back in my life at the perfect time. I love to paint flowers because they remind me of the little life we lost, delicate, beautiful and full of purpose.
I married my wonderful husband over five years ago and now, we have three amazing little boys. Austin, Texas is our current home and we are loving it. The people here are so sweet, our community is very dear to us.
