Boxes are insured for $50 through USPS, if your items arrived damaged it is your responsibility to file the claim through USPS If you would like additional insurance for your package let me know before it ships and I can add more insurance for a additional fee (generally around $2)


If something is truly wrong with your order, please message me as soon as you get your package and I am more than happy to work with you, whether it be replacement or discount on a future order, but I do not offer cash refunds.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY: 50% of Listing cost is considered a deposit. If you choose to cancel your order up to 2 weeks from ship date, you will lose your deposit. Orders CAN NOT be cancelled less than 1 week out from ship date. Orders more than 1 week out from ship date, but not more than 2 weeks out from ship date, can be rescheduled to ship on another date, or cost credited to another order.

Payment required upon finalization of order. I DO NOT start working on orders if I have not received payment.
I do not save order spots until payment is received.
I am currently booking up about 3 weeks in advanced.

I ship cookies by USPS Priority mail, about 5 days prior to your event date. I only ship to the US.

Priority mail through USPS is generally 3 days shipping time (ex. ships Monday arrives on Wednesday). I try to schedule a day or two extra just in case the mail is running late. If you live in a area where your mail typically runs slow please let me know when ordering and I will adjust your ship date.

I DO NOT control the postal service, once the cookies have left my possession there is nothing I can do. I provide tracking numbers for you to track your package. Priority mail is not guaranteed arrival in three days which is why is ship 5 days before the event. I am no longer offering express overnight since USPS is doing away with their express flat rate box.

THINGS you can do to help ensure timely delivery:
*Provide your current home mailing address or PO Box
* If you know mail runs slow in your area, let me know and I will ship a couple days earlier to account for that
*Don't ship to your work place if they are closed after hours or on the weekend (if your box is delivered yet you can't retrieve it because the business is closed there's nothing I can do about it)
*if you want cookies by a certain date, let me know the date you want them in hand

I include some (2-3) extra cookies in case of damage during transit. I take time and care packing your cookies but I can not control what happens to them after they leave here.***** Each Priority shipped package has $50 of insurance through the USPS. It is your responsibility to file a claim if you so wish****** you will need to document how your goods were packaged and what condition they arrived in plus your tracking number. If you would like added insurance on your package I would be happy to do that for a additional fee of $2

This is a hand made product, slight variations in size, color are to be expected.

Please note that cookies are made in a kitchen containing known food allergens including: eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts and dairy products

The Green Apron reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Generally this is only because of lack of order spots for certain ship dates, but I also can not accommodate rude or inconsiderate people. Decorated cookies are a labor intensive product. I return emails when time permits. Sold orders getting ready to ship take priority over inquiries and price haggling. My prices are set, some discounts are given for charities or large orders but generally the cost stated on listings is what I charge. If you are uncomfortable with shipping policy or listing costs please do not order.
