Welcome to The Green Desk and thank you so much for visiting my shop! Each piece in my store is handmade with care in a smoke free environment. I really enjoy the work I do and hope to share it with others. Anytime I can use found objects or recycle anything into art, I do. I try to "go green" and use what I find or recycle what I don't use.

I hope you enjoy your time while you are in my store. Please read the store policies before completing a purchase in my store.

Payment
I accept payments via PayPal only, which is both secure and convenient. You don’t need a Paypal account to pay via Paypal.

Payments are due within 48 hours of purchase but I appreciate if you submit the payment immediately upon completing the checkout. If I have not received the payment by 24 hours, I will send you a message kindly reminding you of the payment. If I have not received the payment by 48 hours, I will cancel the sale and re-list the item so others may have a chance to purchase the item. Please note that I will NOT begin to process your order until payment has been received.

If you need to cancel a sale, please message me within 24 hours after your purchase.

Shipping
Orders will be shipped with a delivery confirmation within 2 business days after the payment is received. Please note that business days do NOT include holidays and weekends.

International/Canada Shipping is available. Shipping costs vary widely; please contact me so that we may accurately calculate your specific shipping cost. Express and Priority mail are more expensive but will be shipped faster (5-7 days) with a confirmation/tracking number. Standard shipping is a bit slower (1-2 weeks) and will not come with a confirmation/tracking number. Contact me and I can give you the shipping cost for both and you can choose which option you would like.

Please ensure that your address is up to date both on your Etsy and Paypal accounts. If you would like your package shipped elsewhere, please write that address in message to seller during check-out or send me a message. I cannot be responsible for packages sent to incorrect or outdated addresses.
You will receive a shipping notification when your order has been shipped.

Insurance is available for an extra fee upon request and is recommended. Adding insurance may also increase the shipping cost depending on the location. So, please contact me if you would like insurance on your package and I will send you a message for the change in shipping cost (if any) plus the insurance cost.

I pack my items carefully and do my best to make them arrive to the destination safe and whole. Please be advised that I am not responsible for any delays, loss or damage during shipping. Also, I cannot be responsible for packages that get stuck in customs. Buyer is responsible for all customs fees and taxes that may apply.
Refunds and Exchanges
I value your business and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact me within 2 days of receipt of your package. I am more than happy to work with you to find a solution.

Returns may be made within 3 days of receipt of your package. The item must be returned unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging. Your refund will be sent only via PayPal after I receive the item. The customer is responsible for return shipping. I also reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason. Unfortunately, I do not provide exchange services.

Please note that I use delivery confirmation. So, if a package scans as delivered, I do not provide refunds.
Additional policies and FAQs
I do my best to take realistic pictures of each item in my store. However, colors may vary because of various screen settings.

To save on paper, I will not send a receipt; please be sure to save your email from Etsy and PayPal.
