Wholesale availability

We do not do wholesale orders and we do not sell our items for re-sale but we may be able to do large orders for events such as weddings and parties. Whether we are able to do these orders can vary so please message us with an inquiry before placing an order of more than 10 items.

Refunds or exchanges?

We don't accept refunds or exchanges but please contact us if you have a problem with your order. If your item comes defective or broken please send us photos in the message. Thank you.


If you are not satisfied with the item please message us before leaving low feedback to give us the opportunity to fix the issue.

We also ask that you do not down-rate your feedback due to SIZE of items. We have provided product measurements in the item description.

We can only do cancellations if the item has not shipped yet.

Delayed/Lost Packages

If we shipped an item on time but the postal system has a delay or loses a package we are not at fault for this as we have no control over the item anymore. If a package has been delayed the best point of reference is your tracking number that is provided by an e-mail from Etsy. If a package seems to have been lost please call your local post office for more information. If they confirm that the package has been lost and cannot be delivered, please send us a message.

If we are ever backed up on shipping for any reason we will send a message letting you know about it.
