Proprio come la Fenice è risorta dalle ceneri a una nuova vita, l'idea di The Gypsy Phoenix è sorta dalle ceneri della mia vita precedente come mamma homeschool e moglie di un contadino. Per anni dopo che la mia vita precedente si è schiantata e bruciata, ho viaggiato per il paese come uno zingaro fino a quando Dio mi ha portato in una città appartata negli Ozarks dove ho incontrato Skip Matthews, lo sviluppatore di questo metodo unico di colorazione del rame. Lui e la sua dolce moglie, entrambi esperti Flame Painters, mi hanno preso sotto la loro ala e mi hanno insegnato come usare una torcia per far emergere la bellezza naturale del rame.

Just as the Phoenix rose from the ashes to new life-- the idea for The Gypsy Phoenix rose from the ashes of my former life as a homeschool mom and farmer's wife. For years after my former life crashed and burned, I traveled the country like a gypsy until God brought me to a secluded town in the Ozarks where I met Skip Matthews, the developer of this unique method of copper coloring. He and his sweet wife, both experienced Flame Painters, took me under their wing and taught me how to use a torch to bring out the natural beauty of copper.

I produce my flame painted copper in my tent workshop from different locations in the USA and sell it in craft shows and boutiques around the country. Follow The Flame Painter on Facebook to find out my current location.
