Purchase or place an on-line order at The Hedgerow via the safety of paypal’s encrypted software. If you feel uncomfortable shopping on-line, contact us and ask for ordering assistance.
You may also pay by cheque, however the purchase will not be sent till the payment clears. The only exception is for returned customers that have purchased via cheque previously.
To maintain a high level of service for our customers we follow our companies ethics from sale to shipping. We reclaim boxes and use FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) or 100% recycled envelopes to send your parcels. Our all of our packaging is upcycled into a mix of styrofoam pellets and shredded paper. If you don’t wish to receive any Plastic, Styrofoam or Packing Tape please contact us and let us know. We are happy to customize your parcel from gift wrapping to shipping it out.
Orders are shipped via Canada Post and take approx. 4 to 12 business days around Canada and US (some exceptions apply). Canada Post costs are based on weight and size of package, therefore it can be more economical to ship a number of items at one time. Please bear this in mind when placing your order. If you require alternate delivery methods or Courier service please contact us.
If a product is damaged during shipping, you must file a damage claim with the shipper. We provide complimentary insurance the first $100.00 CAD of your order. Refused orders are subject to full shipping charges.
Refunds and Exchanges
We offer you 100% Money Back Guarantee. Simply return your items un-used and in re-sellable condition within 30 days from when you received your purchase and we will exchange it for another item of your choice less shipping costs.
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer cash or credit card refunds unless your order was not completely filled or the items purchased are temporarily unavailable.
Following these four simple steps for returning or exchanging item(s):
1) Contact us and request a Return form.
2) Complete the form and make a copy to keep for your records.
3) Enclose the original form along with the return merchandise packed securely in a well sealed box, or original packaging if possible.
4) Send Returns to the Address listed on the Return Form
When returning merchandise, please select a shipping method that provides a tracking number and confirmation of delivery, and keep a copy of these details for your records. We are not responsible for any lost returns for which customers cannot provide proof of delivery.
Be advised, we cannot process any returns or exchanges without the original packing slip/invoice – please be sure to include your packing slip/invoice along with your Return form.

You acknowledge that certain contents of this shop are the property of The Hedgerow, including but not limited to information, text, images, photographs and illustrations. These are protected by international copyright laws and other intellectual property rights.
Terms and Conditions
All of our products are carefully handmade with only the purest ingredients available. However, we assume no responsibility for any adverse reactions you may have as a result of sensitivities or allergies. We do our best to make each product as safe as possible. If you have any allergies or medical conditions you should always refer to a health practitioner for advice before using our (or any new) products. Likewise, our products are not meant to replace prescribed treatments, medicines or therapies.
Errors, Misprints and Delays
Due to the handmade nature of our products, availability may occasionally be limited, in which case we will contact you with various options, including but not limited to an expected waiting time, refunds, credits or substitutions. We will, to the best of our abilities, accommodate all purchases in the order they are received. In the event of a delay you will be contacted upon receiving your order. The Hedgerow reserves this right at any stage of the online ordering processing, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is canceled and your credit card has already been charged, we will issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. We also reserve the right to deny excessively large orders, and to charge additional funds for shipping in extreme cases.
We strive to provide accurate and current information on our website. However, occasional misprints and errors may occur. In this case, we reserve the right to refuse, correct or cancel any orders that may be made in cases where errors or misprints occur.
The Hedgerow reserves the right to alter or redefine these terms at any time without notice to you, and you agree to be bound by any such revisions.
