    I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
    But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
    Returns and exchange details
    Whilst every effort will be made to ensure all physical products are of the highest standard, if an item is found to be faulty on delivery please contact me within 7 days from the date received. A replacement item can be discussed.

    Since each custom design is tailored to specific customers, refunds and exchanges cannot be accepted.

    Unfortunately all digital products are non-refundable. Please ensure that you have chosen the correct template and if you have any queries, contact me prior to making a purchase.
