1 out of 5 starsI am baffled by the product that I received. I asked for something cute and clever and Saint Patrick's Day themed and this is the ugliest product I could have ever gotten. The lettering is horrible the font is not fun at all and you can barely tell what the date is on it this is just seriously the worst product I've ever ordered. I'm so bummed out by this!

It sounds like you were expecting a completely custom design when you didn't pay for one at all? You ordered a template. We changed the wording and the colors to fit what you described. We do not do custom work without an additional cost and this is noted in several places around our shop. You also didn't request a proof. It seems like you just assumed you would just get a ton of extra work for free.

5 out of 5 starsThese lip balm labels definitely met our expectations! We gave out lip balm as a wedding reception favor. I placed 250 labels on 250 tubes of lip balm... It was a little time consuming but totally worth it! The labels are very durable and stay in place.
