Hi, my name is Aimee. I am the sole designer and creator here at The Hook Up. I have been married to my wonderful husband for 15 years, and am a stay at home mommy for three amazing children.
I had always planned to be a stay at home mom, but as the kids got older, it got a lot harder to stay afloat with only one of us working. Then, five years ago, a few friends and family suggested I start selling my crochet items. I honestly laughed at the idea of anyone being willing to pay money for my hobby (my favorite pastime to catch a break and relax) but, I figured I would humor them at throw a few things up on etsy. I never would have guessed that five years later I would be doing what I am doing today!
I am so grateful for the opportunity to support my family by doing something I love so much, and for the ability to do so while being home with my kids.
