Please get in touch to arrange a bespoke piece for 2024 - all my work is hand painted, or hand drawn using traditional methods - not digital. Therefore turnaround for original artwork is usually 2-4 weeks - sometimes sooner - but can vary depending on the size/detail. Please let me know well in advance if needed for a special date or as a gift.
NOTE: (I am currently unable to send large original pieces or glass frames overseas due to increased courier costs)

All of my greetings cards can be personalised- and I may also be able to customise certain prints for a personal touch. Just message me before placing you order so we can discuss ideas.

Returns are not accepted for custom and personalised orders.

I aim to post orders within 1-3 working days of receiving payment, however items made to order (such as prints) may take longer. You will be notified if you have requested a custom order, as this may vary.
UK orders -Royal Mail estimated 1-4 working days after dispatch.

International orders - Standard Airmail - please see individual item page for more accurate estimates for your country. Holidays and potential delays in the postal system may affect this. Please contact me if your order has not arrived after the estimate. Orders do not include full tracking, unless upgraded at checkout, or the parcel is over a certain amount/original artwork.

Regrettably, I am unable to post items to Germany + France at this time due to new regulations.

Please be aware, that international orders may be subject to small customs fees or tax duties, which I cannot be held responsible for. Unfortunately it isn't possible for me to know whether they will be charged/amount. Please contact your local post office for more info.
Whilst significant delays in customs are unlikely, I offer shipping upgrades available at checkout on select items so you can track your order - please note this doesn't speed up the delivery but offers peace of mind.

Sending a gift? I can include a little personalised postcard, just let me know in the notes section at checkout if you'd like this including. If you'd like to send directly to the recipient that is no problem - just ensure their address is filled in at checkout. If you have any issues with packaging at all- please let me know and I will resolve this with you immediately. Careful and thoughtful packaging is highly important to me, to ensure your item is received in perfect condition.

Prints: Fine art prints are printed onto archival paper with high quality pigment inks that are made to last. However, it’s recommended that prints aren’t displayed in strong direct sunlight to avoid any potential damaging UV rays that may occur over time.

Original artwork: You may wish to professionally frame an original painting to ensure longevity of the piece, or use an acid free/archival mount board to protect the watercolour paper. As with any artwork, do not display in strong direct sunlight.

Coasters + pocket mirrors:
Wipe surface clean with slightly damp cloth or microfibre towel.

I'm passionate about protecting our lovely planet and conserving our biodiversity, and do my best to ensure the materials I use have minimal impact. Most of my packaging is plastic free where possible and can either be recycled or industrially composted. I also try to reuse any plastic packaging / jiffy bags I might receive to minimise waste.
My greetings cards are printed onto paper that is recyclable, FSC certified, chlorine-free and wood-free, and my gift wrap can also be recycled too. Prints are packaged with care in cello bags made from vegetable starch, gift wrapped with tissue in a flat cardboard box, and sealed with recyclable paper tape! I'm always on the look out for new ways my small business can help protect our environment.
