Before purchasing at our store, please read these policies carefully.

Payment
At present, Paypal is my only supported method of payment I don't accept anything else. If this inconviniences you, I apologise.

I won't send any items until I've recieved your payment, once payment has been confirmed the package will be sent on the nearest working day (Monday-Friday).
Shipping
Shipping to non EU countries from the UK can be quite expensive, because of this deliveries will be automatically set as non-tracked when posted because it's cheaper for everyone, but if you want to upgrade to tracked postage then you'll have to contanct me.

Items will be sent within the UK with the Royal Mail, 1st class (if possible)

If your item doesn't arrive, please send me a message and we'll sort the problem out to the best of our ability.

Items will be securely packed with "FRAGILE" labels clearly visible. Items are made in a smoke-free environment, items are made in an environment near pet rodents.
Refunds and Exchanges
If an item gets damaged during postage, I will give you instructions on how to repair the item as almost all of my work is easily repairable- but I will not refund the item.

If an item gets lost, I will do my best to help you find the item. As most of my work is one of a kind, I won't likely do refunds but I could send you another item to make up for the loss of the original purchase. If this happens, contact me and we can make an agreement.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you want a custom order, please ask me about it and I'll see what I can do, but please note I'll only really do custom orders if they're somewhat close to their source. For example, I could make you a small statue of a character from a video game but I wouldn't make a statue of your own interpretation of that character (like, the character holding a sign or with a pallette swap). This is because I'm not really comfortable with making "OC" material. The best way to explain it is that I prefer to make canon art. I hope that explains things a bit better.
