4 out of 5 starsUpdated Review: Item is shipping from India and required a customs fee which seller never mentioned ahead of time. When the lamp arrived it was defective. The lamps’s arm had nothing to thread into in the lamp’s standing pole. I contacted customer service. I was refunded for the original lamp. The seller graciously sent me a new lamp for free. The replacement lamp arrived without my having to pay a customs fee. The lamp itself was in excellent condition and functions and appears as described by the seller. While this whole process took much longer than I would have liked, I do credit the seller with their responsiveness, persistence and care in correcting the errors. I imagine they'll correct these issues with future orders and the lamp itself is beautiful.
