Welcome! I strive to bring you cute ooak plush that will bring a smile to your face. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to convo me.
I gladly accept paypal, credit cards, and etsy gift certificates. If you pay by an eCheck via Paypal, it usually takes about 3 or so days to clear.
PA residents - please be aware that there will be 6% sales tax added to your bill.
I ship within 2 business days of payment received. I ship USPS first class for my Uggles and Miniatures unless they are part of an order that includes larger plush. I ship USPS Priority mail for everything else. For international buyers I ship First-Class international (if you want International Priority, please convo me for rates). I will combine shipping when applicable. I ship to etsy address provided.
I am not responsible for delays in customs or shipping. International purchases can take up to 6 weeks to arrive due to customs delays. I will not falsify any customs documents. International Import duties and charges are not included. Check with your Customs Office to determine these costs.
I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, the item(s) may be returned for a refund (minus the shipping). Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date. Before you return item(s) you must contact me via convo with your name and description of item purchased. Once the item is mailed back you must convo me a second time. After I receive the item in its original condition, I will refund you the cost of item (minus shipping) via paypal. You are responsible for return shipping. When the item has been received and you have been refunded, I will convo you.
If you receive anything damaged, you must convo me within 48 hours of package received. In your convo please provide your name, description of item, description of the damage, and picture of damage. All damaged product must be received by me within 14 days of purchase date to be eligible for a refund.

1) Do you take custom orders?
Yes! If you like my style, I want to help you come up with a one of a kind creation to give or keep. Please convo me!
2) Do you take wholesale orders?
Yes! Please convo me for my rates.
3) Are your toys okay for babies?
Due to small parts my toys are not intended for children under 3 or pets. My toys are designed to last, however, they are not designed for children who play with their toys in a rough way. Please keep this information in mind when purchasing.
4) Do you have pets? Do you work in a non-smoking environment?
Allergen info: I work in a smoke-free environment, but have a Chihuahua/toy terrier mix). She ventures in and out of my work room from time to time. I do not allow her direct access to my fabrics or products. Be advised, I order most of my fabrics from various sources on the internet so I do not have complete control of the fabrics except from the time I receive it.
5) Are your items vegan friendly?
I do not work with real furs, however I work with wool felts. I am currently transitioning all of my felts to vegan friendly options, however. If a particular item is 100% vegan, I will make mention of it in the listing.
6) What if my package is lost?
Please contact me! This is a very rare happenstance, and I will work with you to find your package. Each package I send out has a tracking number or a customs number (if international). I do not send individual emails with tracking information, but I keep them all in my records and will send upon request.
7) I bought from you but forgot to enter my coupon code!
Please contact me!
8) Can you send a personalized note in the package to my friend/family/significant other?
YES! Leave what you would like the note to read in the "note to seller" at checkout. I do not include invoices or price tickets in any of my packages unless by request.
9) I love your toys, but some are too pricey for me. Can I get a discount?

10) I don't get paid until next week. Do you reserve items?
Yes! I reserve items for up to 2 weeks. If it will be longer than 2 weeks, please tell me the expected date you plan to purchase. If I do not hear from you about a date longer than 2 weeks, the item reserved will be put back into regular inventory for others to purchase.
