Shipping times during Corona
I’m sure it comes to no surprise to you that postal services, local and internationally, experiencing delays due to the worldwide Coronavirus crisis. Please bear this in mind when ordering. If you require an order on a particular date please contact me to check if your order can be delivered on time. Many thanks for your understanding.
Jewellery Packaging
Each piece of jewellery comes in a pouch or jewellery box - please see in description - and is beautifully wrapped in tissue paper ready for gifting.
Eco Friendly Packaging
I'm conscious of our need to reduce waste and try to use eco friendly packing that is recyclable as much as possible.
▹ All jewellery boxes are made from 100% recycled material and contains eco fibre non tarnish fill.
▹ The tissue paper is made from recycled material, it is acid free and is also recyclable.
▹ All orders are posted in postal bags made with recycled polythene and they are fully recyclable.
▹ I reuse bubble wrap that I've received from large orders myself or that has been given to me by friends.

I would like you to be happy and enjoy wearing your jewellery, however if you are not 100% happy with your order please contact me straight away so we can arrange a refund or replacing the item. Please see policies for further info.
