5 out of 5 starsThe necklace is beautiful! It is exactly like the photos. I recently had to put a pet to sleep and this necklace is such a nice way to remember them and feel like they are with me. Also, Lindsay (the shop owner) left a beautiful handwritten note with the necklace.

5 out of 5 starsI have sent this as a gift three times now. While I've never seen the gift itself, the response from those receiving is always quite positive. In fact my friend sent me a text today stating the following after receiving this locket, "what a beautiful and thoughtful gift, the locket is perfect". Similar responses were from the other two recipients. The owner is easy to work with and responds quickly.

3 out of 5 starsThe cards were smaller than i thought.. and just in a burlap tie bag... I was disappointed with the look and presentation . And.. perhaps what they said would be good for some people.. but it was a little "hallmark card" ish.. in terms of what they said. I ended up not giving it to my friend........

I wish this customer had contacted me directly so I could've offered a resolution instead of leaving such a rude review 6 weeks after the package was delivered. The product details (burlap bag packaging and 3x3" card size) are specifically stated in the listing description and I can only assume each buyer reads all of the provided information before purchasing on their own accord. Furthermore, the affirmations are rooted in therapeutic techniques and the countless other positive reviews show just how valuable they've been for many grievers. There is nothing Hallmark about them.
