Hi there! thank you for taking the time to look at The JuicyFig shop
I am an avid crafter from Lancashire England, with a strong connection to the cotton mills of long ago.
I have been brought up to appreciate all forms of crafts, the hours of work that can go into an item, and the skill of the crafter that created them.
I am slowly abandoning mass produced items made with no care or love and made to last only until the next big thing hits the shops, and now I want to share the items I make with you!
Each item for sale in my shop has been created with great thought, a lot of time, some skill, and a whole pile of love x

Accepted payment methods

Payment
I accept payment through paypal only at the moment due to being in the UK. Etsy sellers can only subscribe to Visa etc if they have a US address.
Shipping
I use Royal Mail to post all my items (helping to keep our rural post office alive)
Everything is posted within 48 hours of payment and all items are sent first class. I do not send by recorded post, but if you prefer this, just let me know and I can do that for you.
Refunds and Exchanges
If the item is faulty - please let me know - I will post out a pre-paid envelope for you to return the goods. A full refund will then be offered - or a repair / alteration if possible.
If your item becomes lost in the post, claims cannot be filed with the post office for 14 days. Let me know at that time and I will complete the necissary paperwork etc.
PLEASE do not request a refund if you have just changed your mind about an item.

If you see anything in my shop you like, but would like in a particular colour, or size or with special wording etc etc - let me know and I can make items specifically to your needs!
