Frequently asked questions
Will Shipping in Hot Weather Affect My Candles?
Soy, as a natural wax, has a low melt point and will start to melt when exposed to hot temperatures for an extended period of time. Unfortunately, mail trucks are not air conditioned, and this is a concern for most candle companies. Our candles are surrounded by some packing material to help prevent damage, but there is still a risk, especially in the summer months.
Shipping companies do not reimburse for melted candles even if the package is insured. Please order at your own risk and consider expediated delivery services.
Candle Tips and Burning Instructions
Burn candles on a protective, heat resistant surface. Keep away from drafts and flammable materials. Do not burn for extended periods of time. Do not leave candle unattended. Do not fall asleep with your candle burning. Do not burn in a small, unventilated room. Keep out of reach from children and pets. Trim wick to 1/4 inch before each use for a longer burn time.
With pillar candles, pooling of wax may occur. Extinguish candle to prevent further pooling of wax.
Sizing details
Sizing is determined by weight or dimensions of the candle and melts. See individual listings for more information.
Custom and personalized orders
Custom orders will be considered on a case by case basis. Please message us with your request! Note that custom orders require payment before starting and are not refundable.
Care instructions

Why does the wax look a little white or frosty?
Frosting is actually a unique and natural effect of using vegetable waxes, especially soy. The wax is trying to return back to its natural form and as a result it begins to crystallize. It doesn't affect the performance of the candle or melt in any way and also means your wax is natural! It's just part of what makes soy unique. If you've ever seen chocolate turn a little frosty/ whiten, this is the same look!
