Took a bit to arrive but that's to be expected when ordering from over seas. Keep that in mind if you are ordering on a schedule (like christmas). The pendant was better than I expected. Great quality and size. Haven't taken it off since it arrived. Thanks!

Kitsune Designs start and future goals.

Kitsune Designs has been the long-time dream of designer and jeweller Melinda Miles. In 2011 Melinda made that dream a reality creating the labels first pieces. Melinda's signature range Aqua Essence was born and after some time away, designing during the birth of their first child, Kitsune Designs was back in action. In 2012 Melinda's husband Nathan Miles joined the KD team bringing a new perspective of design. In 2013 the couple have brought forth their first collaborative range, Have Heart a showcase of Nathan's creative style!

The name comes from the Japanese folklore of the Kitsune.

Our goal is to bring forward beautiful and unique alternative pieces of jewellery and accessories that compliment our customers with a classy sophisticated edge baring an undertone of attitude and personality.

Geeks at heart, we also make pieces based on things we love, that inspire us and make us who we are.

Kitsune Designs was started in 2011 by Melinda Miles, a qualified jeweller with a passion for creating accessories. In 2012 Melinda's husband Nathan Miles, joined the Kitsune Designs team.

The jewellery mainly focuses on the use of Sterling Silver and pieces that mix multi-gold tones with pearls and gemstones.

All items will be shipped within 1-2 business days (unless stated otherwise eg. made to order), as soon as payment is received. We are not held responsible if postal services are late on delivery nor are we responsible if an item is lost.

This means we are not liable to send or make new pieces as this is then putting us at a loss. We will however do our best to sort out any problems to meet your needs and satisfaction, whether it be with store credit etc.

International orders please be aware the average time for post to arrive is about 2-3weeks, 3-4weeks to some places or around holidays, we are sorry for any inconvenience this can cause however it is out of our hands and just how long it can sometimes take the postal services. If you feel your order is taking its time, please feel free to contact us, we do encourage our customers to be patient as we have never had a lost item and sometimes orders just take their time.
Refunds and Exchanges
As all items are given a thorough examination and high polish before being put up for sale, no refunds are provided. If you're not happy with an item please feel free to contact us regarding any problems and we will do our best to sort it out for you. The best we can do is an exchange (provided there's no harsh signs of wear) or store credit.
