Since every item is hand made once the order is placed I unfortunately do not do returns, refunds, or exchanges. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order please contact me either via etsy or by ben_beatriz [!at] hotmail.com and I will see what I can do to make it right.

Delayed and lost items:
Once the item has shipped I am no longer considered responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen mail. Please contact me if you suspect something went wrong with the shipping and I will be more then happy to look into this for you.

Each item is hand made by me please allow 1 to 3 days for me to make your item and package it up with high attention to detail. All items will be shipped via USPS.

All items are hand made in my smoke and pet free home.
