Returns and exchange details
Australia post is very reliable and “touch wood” we have not yet lost a parcel. If your parcel is lost in the mail we will do our best to track it. We do not take responsibility for any loss or non receipt of goods. We recommend that buyers include insurance or registered mail when purchasing from our Etsy shop. We do not issue refunds if you simply change your mind or if item does not arrive due to loss in transit.
-Damaged goods-
All sales are final. Please return any damaged merchandise at your shipping expense. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of contacting me. I will replace it after I receive the damaged merchandise or with your next order. I will waive your shipping expense for the exchange.

If you receive damaged stock on two occasions, there may be a problem with your postal service. In this case we reserve the right to add insurance to your shipping. We will let you know first. If you do not want insurance, then you assume responsibility for the item and we would not be liable for refund or exchange.

-Damaged Parcels-
If you receive a parcel with external damage (ie caused by the postal delivery), please take it UNOPENED to your nearest post office as you may be eligible for reimbursement. We are not liable for this.

-Lost Parcels-
If your parcel has been lost in the mail, please contact me so I can instigate a "missing items" investigation through Australia Post. We accept no responsibility for lost parcels. We advise you to take insurance on your purchase and we are happy to quote you for insurance via Australia Post.
Payment method is Paypal ONLY.
Please note : All sales are final.
Our shipping costs are based on estimated Australia post office charges plus associated paper work and the cost of a bag, envelope or box.
All international shipments travel via Australia Post airmail unless you request otherwise. All shipping costs are passed on to buyer. If you would like insurance please let us know and we will send you cost details.
I ship worldwide using Australia Post. All items are shipped within 2/3 days of payment having cleared (excluding weekends and public holidays).
I do combine shipping on multiple purchases. I also refund any excess shipping charges over $1.00
Items are wrapped well and shipped by envelope or box (depending on the size of the order). I try to do my bit for the environment too so I use recycled packaging materials wherever possible.
If your Etsy and Paypal address differ, please let me know in the "message to seller" note during checkout. If you do not notify me and I cannot reach you within 24 hours after payment I will post the item to the address furnished during Etsy checkout.

Orders are packed and sent out 2-3 business days after receipt of payment.
If you purchase something and change your mind before paying please let me know and I will cancel the transaction. I will NOT leave negative feedback for cancelled transactions. I will, however, leave negative feedback for non-paying buyers who don't respond to my emails.
I reserve the right to refuse a sale to anyone with a history of negative feedback and/or malicious behaviour towards other Etsy members.

I do not offer any product on consignment or for blog reviews.
