Returns and exchanges
If a package becomes lost I will do everything I can to find your package and make the calls necessary. If you don't not receive your lost package within 30 days I will refund your order minus shipping costs or resend you a new order depending on your location and the size of your order.
We guarantee all of our items and only ship out high quality items. If for some reason you are unhappy or dissatisfied with your product email me or convo me and I will make it right with no hassle. We want our customers to feel safe when ordering from us. We can decide together a plan to either ship out a new item or if a refund is in order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund you will not receive a refund for the shipping costs just the item itself.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We ship all shipments with a tracking number which you should receive in an email once your order has been shipped. If you need faster shipping just send us a message and we'd be happy to arrange that!
If your order is custom or large and will take additional time we will let you know.
If you need items shipped over night just email or convo me and I can customize your listing with the over night shipping price.
If you are shipping out as a gift let me know in Buyer note and I'll create a gift tag. Just make sure to include "person's name" and who you would like it to show "from", plus anything else you would like it to say.
