The Lakeside Workshop was created in 2022 as a way for our family to spread some fun, kindness, and humor to the world through tees, hoodies, and other quality made garments and goods. We're based out of Lake St Louis, Missouri, and our entire family definitely has a hand in our design choices. Our goal is to have all of our personalities shine through in everything that we select, design, and offer for sale. We each have our own vibe to share with the world, and we're sure you'll find something here that connects with you too.
Get to know us better by following us on The Lakeside Workshop Facebook page. There we'll give you a chance to see who we are, our adventures as a family, the values we believe, new product highlights as they're released, and even some promotions when they're available
Goods for Good
When we created our shop, we had a vision in mind. Let's be honest... there are a lot of places to get some pretty cool shirts, cups, etc on the internet. We, as a family and a company, want to be more than that. We want to offer goods that connect with you. We are purpose driven and we believe that social responsibility extends beyond the products we offer. That's why a portion of our sales goe to a variety of charities that we believe share the same vision as us. The organizations we support change frequently because we want to spread that love far and wide, but some common themes you'll see are veteran support services, animal rescues, support for children in need, and mental health services.
We hope that if you see something we offer that connects with you, you'll make a purchase and help us spread some good!
Quality Made Products
When we say we make quality products, we mean it! We only use premium garments with a soft, comfortable feel and a retail fit. There are a lot of places that will pay half of what we do on their materials, and you end up with an itchy shirt that fits like a potato sack. That's just not acceptable to us.
When it comes to printing, our competitors often use heat transfer vinyl from Siser or DTF heat transfers. While Siser is good company with great products and DTF is definitely a step up from HTV (we've used each many times in the past), they're both heat pressed onto shirts with an adhesive layer. They can feel thick and "crunchy", as our boys call it, and have the higher potential of peeling over time. Our shirts are printed directly onto the garment with ink, similar to screen printing, using highly advance machines like the Kornit Avalanche HD6 and some brand new technologies from Atlas. The print soaks into the shirt. It's flexible, softer than a heat transfer, and will stand the test of time.
We wear and use our products ourselves. We have very high standards and if we aren't happy with it enough to wear it, we're not going to sell it. That's the bottom line.
While we don't accept returns because each item we sell is created on demand for you when you order it, your satisfaction is still our top priority. If you ever feel like the product you received has a defect or wasn't delivered as you requested it, we ask that you please reach out and give us the opportunity to make it right!
