Pattern is 100% complete and accurate. Seller does a great job of checking and refolding the pattern pieces which is no easy task in my opinion. Thank you!

CALIFORNIA ALASKA and HAWAII BUYERS: PLEASE CONVO prior to purchase, (with the exception of sewing patterns) to ask for adjusted SHIP RATE. Rates are higher in certain geographical locations. Additional postage if needed may be invoiced prior to sending order.

We kindly ask that payment is made within 3 days of purchase. If you find something in the shop you can't live without but need to delay your purchase, contact us.

Transactions may be canceled after 7 days of non-payment, unless we are contacted. We reserve the right to refuse a transaction for any reason.

Shipping
PLEASE NOTE: OVERAGES in SHIPPING COST: will not be refunded unless specified in individual listing. Overages in shipping will be refunded only up to $5.00 and only for any listings that do specify. Shipping overage $2.00 and under will not be refunded. Travel, delivery confirmation, and/or packaging cost is a part of shipping cost and why shipping overages are not refunded unless specified for an individual listing and likewise, why shipping is not refunded $2.00 and under.

Notice! We ONLY SHIP ONE to TWO times a week. Please notify us if you need your order processed sooner.

International orders: Any International orders can not be guaranteed once they leave the United States. We do not refund for any reason or circumstance for any international orders placed. Sorry, no exceptions! If shipping is underestimated we will invoice the buyer with the additional postage needed before sending on order. We will not ship order until additional ship is received. We will cancel order if buyer does not pay additional ship needed.

Please Note: California, Hawaii and Alaska residents --- please notify us prior to purchase so shipping cost can be estimated to your area. Rates are consistently higher for these areas.

Please Note: We will reprocess any orders when additional shipping is needed. I will not ship orders if we have under estimated shipping to California, Hawaii, or Alaska, until the order is canceled and reprocessed with the correct shipping amount needed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause however we need to cover expenses.

Whenever possible, we use recycled packing materials and reused boxes when shipping your item.

We aim to ship within three to five business days after payment is received. Sometimes due to unexpected life circumstances shipping may be delayed.

Indicate if you need your item shipped to an alternate address, otherwise we will ship to the address listed on your Etsy invoice. Please convo us through Etsy if an alternative shipping address is preferred the same day you checkout to ensure your order is processed to that alternative address. It is the buyer's responsibility to notify us through Etsy of any address changes. Please notify through the email contact provided under the shop on the invoice for Etsy directly, not through the pay pal email.

PLEASE NOTE: When packages are UNABLE TO FORWARD and returned to our shop [returned to sender] we will cancel the order, issue a full refund for the item cost and original ship paid by the buyer from the original invoice; and re-list the item giving the buyer the option of repurchasing the item for the same original cost and ship. We can not cover the expense of re-shipping.

We do not assume responsibility for items lost or damaged by the carrier, however, we will work to resolve any mailing difficulties within our means.

Refunds and Exchanges
WE DO NOT REFUND for ORDERS LOST in the MAIL. Buyers can file a claim with the POST OFFICE online when their orders are lost in the mail. We are not responsible for orders lost once they are mailed.

Please note that all patterns discovered incomplete upon arrival due to human error will not be refunded until the pattern is returned to our shop. Refund issued upon receipt of return. Refund for original shipping only (buyer pays return ship).

Please note all that all vintage items are sold "AS IS". We do our best to represent the item and do indicate minor flaws and "as is" listings that are less than perfect. With pieces this old, it is possible to miss a minor imperfection or two. If you are unhappy with your order we will work within all means to make it right. Please contact us if we have missed something or you are unhappy for any reason. Buyer pays for return postage. We will not refund for return postage.

RETURNS will be accepted within 30 Days from purchase. No returns after 30 days.

Shipping costs are not refundable unless specified.

Additional policies and FAQs
SEWING PATTERNS: Please note sewing patterns may have tears or rips that we may have not detected. We attempt to remove pins from patterns, however, we may not always detect a pin or two in our patterns. Be careful for pins when opening patterns. We do not intentionally leave them in. Patterns are sold AS IS.



Reserves:

We do encourage if you need more information or time to think about the item you want to purchase that you ask questions prior to the purchase. We will be happy to reserve the item for you for 48 hours. Reserving an item does not obligate you to purchase an item. We understand you may have a change of heart after holding an item with us, however, if we do not hear from you after 48 hours we will re-list the item.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we are always eager to answer any questions or concerns to make shopping with us enjoyable.
