The nicest purse that I have ever purchased. Beautiful and so well made! It took much longer to arrive than expected but the seller warned me beforehand. I especially love that my laptop fits nicely in this.
I hope you like my collection of leather handbags. All of my bags are designed by me and individually handcrafted in high quality leather. I love to work with brightly coloured leathers (as well as including the ever popular blacks and browns!)and always include my trademark floral cotton interiors to add some cheer!
My design philosphy is to keep things simple - clean lines and simple designs that stand the test of time.

PLACING YOUR ORDER
Most of items are ready to ship immediately but before placing your order, please check the estimated shipping times which can be found under the "Shipping & Policies" tab for each item. If I am working on a particular purse, there may be a delayed shipping date for that item. You are able to go ahead and place your order with a delayed shipping date.
Once you place an order, the scheduled shipping date will be shown on your order confirmation - your order may be shipped before the estimated shipping date.
You will receive a shipping notification from Etsy which will confirm your tracking number and courier.
Shipping to all parts of the USA and Canada (except remote areas) is made by Fedex and takes 2-3 days from the ship date.
Shipping to most parts of Europe is made by Fedex and takes 3-5 days from the ship date
Shipping to mainland UK is made by Parcelforce or Interlink Express and is next day delivery
Shipping to the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland is made by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery
Shipping to Australia is made by Fedex but this is dependent on the address. Some address will be sent by Royal Mail Tracking service
Shipping to the Rest of the World is made by Royal Mail International Trackable Service and takes approximately 7-10 days depending on the shipping country and services
Occasionally, it is necessary to use Royal Mail for some shipments that are in remote areas or countries where excessive postal charges apply.
All shipments are made as soon as possible and an scheduled shipping time will be indicated on your order. This may be adjusted during busy times. In most cases, your bag will be shipped a day or two after your purchase.
All shipments are sent by a trackable service and will require a signature on delivery so it’s important that your package is delivered to an a residential or business address where someone is available to sign for it. Please note I cannot ship to a P O Box number - a full postal address is required. Please provide a telephone number for US, Canadian and European shipments.
All parcels are sent boxed to ensure your purse arrives in perfect condition.
Please note that my shipping costs do not include any local taxes. You are responsible for the payment of any taxes that your own Country may charge.
US Customers: As from the 10th March 2016, items for personal use with a value of less than $800 will be free from import duty and taxes.
Refunds and Exchanges
You must return your purse within 14 days of the date of receiving it. If you would like to return your purse, please contact me to request return instructions.
Please note that shipping the original and return postage costs are not refundable.

All of my bags are handcrafted from genuine full grain leather. All purses and wallets are lined in my trademark floral print lining and finished with brass or silvertone hardware and metal zippers.
I take great care to provide full and accurate descriptions of my items. All measurements are approximate as each item is individually handmade. Please ensure that the measurements meet your requirements before making your purchase.
I do my best to take clear photographs that reflect the colour as accurately as possible. However, please note that colours may vary on different computer monitors.

Custom and personalized orders
Currently, I am not able to take custom orders. However, if you have a specific question or request on a item, please contact me and I will do my best to help.
I do my best to give accurate measurements for my handbags and wallets but as each item is handmade, measurements are approximate and may vary slightly. If you have a specific requirement such as fitting a laptop in a handbag, please contact me with the dimensions so I can double check measurements for you, before you make your purchase.
Leather is a natural material. Marks, tonal and textural variations are completely normal and should not be considered as a fault. This is particularly relevant to the oiled and milled vegetable tanned leathers that I use for most of my handbags that have a distinctive tonal variation.
If your bag gets wet, wipe with a clean dry cloth and allow to dry naturally away from direct heat and sunlight which may fade the leather.
You will receive a complimentary pot of leather balsam with your handbag together with care instructions to help you keep your bag beautiful. If you have any questions or need help on caring for your purse, don't hesitate to contact me.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Your purse will packaged flat and boxed to ensure that it arrives with you in prefect condition.
I offer a gift wrapping service and can include a personal message if you wish.
