Payments are accepted through Paypal. Payment should be immediate unless otherwise stated and arranged upon.
I will reserve items for a maximum of one week.
Postage is by priority mail unless item is very large or heavy in which case it will be shipped as a parcel and its content declared accordingly.
Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
If shipping charges seem too high, pls let me know and I'll see if any discount can be made.
Delivery time is an unknown quantity! As a buyer, I have experienced different delivery times. I have received items from European countries in about 5-10 days. However, items ordered from the United States or Australia have taken from 20 days to up to 2 months to reach me! This obviously applies in the other direction, i.e. items shipped from Italy to Europe or overseas.
I’m afraid that I cannot be held responsible for items damaged during transit or for items that have been lost.
I will refund any overcharge upon condition that it is worth it!!!
Refunds and Exchanges
I am willing to refund the price of items you are not satisfied with. Refunds apply of course to the sales price and not to the shipping costs that will not be refunded. Refunds will be paid upon receiving the returned item. In the event of returning customers, we can discuss this issue and the refund can be made immediately upon notifying that item is not satisfactory.
In the event that shipping costs are drastically lower than those declared in listing, I will refund the overcharge. Difference must however be over 1$.

I will do my best to be as fair as possible. Please do the same for me! If anything does not satisfy you, please contact me before posting negative feedback. As a buyer, I have always believed that a little surprise and even dissatisfaction is part of the Etsy purchasing experience. I also believe that negative feedback should only be given in the event of serious breaches of the relationship between buyer and seller.

If you like a reserved item, please do not purchase it (if you are not the reserving person, of course). It has happened to me as a purchaser and it's not very polite!!!!

I must admit that I smoke and have a pet (cat). I do not smoke at home (inside my home) and my cat spends most of her time outside. In any case, all items are accurately washed before being shipped to you!
I may use recycled packaging materials, which means that I may use plastic bags that have been used for similar items (not for Parma ham!). As a buyer, I appreciate neat and creative packages, so I will pack all items in new tissue paper before placing inside a recycled paper bag. Any comments or suggestions on this matter are highly appreciated!
