We want you to LOVE your item(s) from The Little Things Design House! If you are unhappy in any way with the condition of your purchase or have a concern, please contact us within 14 business days of the purchase and we will be more then happy to work something out. Please message us on Etsy, not the E-mail associated with this account. Please note that if an item is damaged in the mailing process, pictures are required prior to repair, to insure that a proper claim can be placed with the USPS.

We accept all major credit cards, Etsy giftcards, and PayPal.

The price on all listings unless indicated so is PER LETTER. If an order is placed with out taking notice of this (ex. paying for one letter and requesting a five letter name) I reserve the right to cancel order.

Shipping

Please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to be created, however if you need it sooner please feel free to message us BEFORE you place an order to assure this is something we can do and we can and will try our best to accommodate and see what can be arranged. A rush order fee will be applied. If an order is placed without contacting us first to discuss a rush order and a earlier date is requested, I reserve the right to cancel the order.

Your order will be shipped USPS mail service.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Yes, we are happy to ship internationally. Please keep in mind shipping internationally generally takes 7-14 days but can take as long as 21 days from date shipped.

DELAYED OR DAMAGED ITEMS: The Little Things Design House is not responsible for delayed or damaged items once in USPS hands. We are happy to arrange an item to be fixed, repaired, or replaced if it is damaged but will need pictures prior to replacement or repair to insure a proper claim with USPS insurance.
