New products (greeting cards, vinyl die cut stickers) have all been professional manufactured, but all illustrations are still hand drawn by me! :) If you have any questions about the new item, please let me know.
Important Shipping Information:
- To keep costs low, all DOMESTIC flat sticker orders are shipped inside an envelope with a stamp via USPS First Class Mail. This option has simple, minimal tracking. If you prefer regular tracking with your order, you have the option to upgrade at check out!
- All other items will go out with tracking. If you're unsure, please message me!
- All orders that qualify for free shipping will go out with a tracking number!
- Please understand that I do not have control over USPS, and there may be unexpected delays in shipping. International orders may take longer to arrive.
- I am *not responsible* for lost orders that go out without tracking and am not liable to replace all missing orders once it's in USPS hands. As a small business, it would be very difficult for us to replace all missing orders w/o tracking.

Frequently asked questions
Do you offer tracked shipping?
Yes! All domestic orders come with tracked shipping. You have the option to upgrade your shipping method at checkout. All orders over $35 will automatically receive free tracked shipping.
What happens if my order hasn't arrived?
Most domestic orders should arrive within 5-7 business days. However, due to USPS delays out of our control, your order may take longer to arrive. If you order hasn't arrived within 14+ days, please reach out and I will do my best to help. There have been reports of orders taking more than 14 days to arrive even within the U.S., and even longer for international orders.
If you need your order by a certain timeframe, please message me and we can work something out!
Can you replace my order that hasn't arrived?
I am not liable for USPS losing mail and unfortunately cannot replace it. As a small business, please understand it would be very difficult for us to replace all missing order requests.
It is rare that USPS loses mail completely. Sometimes it takes over a month to arrive even domestically. If you want to ensure your order arrive timely, I would make sure your order has tracked shipping with USPS First Class Mail.
However if you ever encounter any issues, please do not hesitate to reach out and I will do everything I can to help you!!
What to do if my order is returned to seller due to undelivery or address issues?
If your order is returned to me due to an incorrect address or undelivery issues, I am happy to resend the order - I just ask that you pay shipping & handling again. Thank you.
