About Our Products

1. Items in stock will be shipped out within 3 business days. Items not in stock will be shipped out within 1 to 3 weeks. We will make every effort to expedite your order. You will be notified by email.
2. We are quite confident that you will love your new piece of jewelry from The Look of Luxury. However, if you are not totally satisfied, items may be returned within 7 days. Items must be in new condition to be returned.
3. Please consult with us about about custom designs.
4. Larger sizes of stones {2 1/2 – 10 carats+ in stud earrings or pendants, and larger sizes 1/2 – 1.00 in straight line tennis necklaces} are available for Custom ordering in sterling silver. Our Fiery Select round stones have incredible full brightness, and look amazingly real even in larger sizes.
5. Most items in all sizes (stock sizes and larger custom sizes) can be custom ordered in white or yellow 14 kt. gold, or platinum, at an additional charge. Please email us with your inquiries.
6. Custom orders are not refundable, and may take up to 2 to 4 weeks to be shipped.
