3 out of 5 starsThe item came in a small manila packing envelope with no bubble wrap or buffer paper. The item was wrapped in a single layer of red tissue paper. By the time it arrived the package was torn partially open and had impact marks all over it. This lead the cloth bits of the letter opener to become tangled and frayed and parts of the metal to become scuffed. The recipient still accepted the gift, but please be more careful with your packaging, especially around the holidays. They often go through rough journeys from your home to ours!
